Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Relations Manager. The role involves managing customer interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing service delivery, assisting in customizing travel packages, and ensuring seamless communication. The Customer Relations Manager will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer feedback and contribute to enhancing overall service standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and feedback with empathy and professionalism
- Organizational skills for managing diverse customer requests and timelines
- Experience in the tourism or travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional regional or foreign languages is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools
