Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Relations Manager. The position involves managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with the company's services. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, proactively identifying customer needs, providing customized solutions, and driving customer retention and loyalty. The Customer Relations Manager will also monitor client feedback, generate actionable insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer engagement strategies.

- Proficiency in customer service practices, including CRM tools and customer support protocols
