This role requires a professional with a robust commitment to generating and converting leads into sales, helping our clients to secure their ideal property for their dream homes while maintaining long-term professional relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
Conducting market research to identify, engage, and secure potential new business opportunities.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Setting up meetings with potential clients with a positive and professional attitude.
Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations for ongoing projects to the clients.
Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Maintaining ongoing client relationships and networking for repeat business and referrals.
Delivering exceptional customer service to drive buyer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Staying updated on real estate trends, market news, and industry developments.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Expert knowledge of the real estate market and relationship management best practices.
Exceptional communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn fast and a strong passion for sales and client servicing.
Self-motivated mindset with a results-driven approach.
Highly presentable and professional approach to business interactions.
