Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Understand client marketing needs and coordinate with internal teams
• Manage client accounts and ensure smooth campaign execution
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth
• Maintain regular communication and provide strategic marketing insights to clients
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or Master’s degree (MBA) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
• Knowledge of advertising, branding, or digital marketing is an added advantage
