Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Customer Relations Manager. The role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolving customer issues promptly, and building long-term relationships with clients. The Customer Relations Manager will also analyze customer feedback to improve services, implement customer retention strategies, and support team efforts to deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Client Handling, and Problem-Solving skills
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and implement improvement strategies
- Strong Organizational and Coordination skills
- Familiarity with textile or design industries is a plus
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer relations or account management is advantageous
