Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student / Customer Relations Manager based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing Student / customer relationships, addressing client concerns, ensuring Student / customer satisfaction, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders. The individual will oversee client onboarding processes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvements while collaborating with teams to ensure Student / customer needs are met effectively. The role requires a professional who can foster positive client interactions and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Student / customer service, account management, or client relations
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Student / customer management systems
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple clients and projects
- Proficient in MS Office and general administrative tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Prior experience in the aviation or drone industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
