Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager based in Chennai. The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships while ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. The Customer Relations Manager will identify customer needs, provide solutions, address concerns promptly, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role also includes monitoring feedback, resolving complaints, and working towards business goals and customer retention strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to improve customer experience and support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and handling customer complaints.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
- Project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and follow-ups.
- General understanding of industrial packaging solutions and materials is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer relationship roles within manufacturing, logistics, or packaging industries is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
