Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager based in Noida. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include actively engaging in strategic planning to improve customer retention, coordinating with internal teams to resolve service issues, and identifying new opportunities to enhance client experiences.
Salary: 30K-35K Per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.
- Ensuring the existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.
- Always ask them for true feedback.
- Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.
- Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
- Give or support the clients about company products or services.
- Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concerned person.
- Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.
Qualifications
- Proactive, Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability of rigorous follow up.
- Always available on calls.
