Role Description
The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing customer relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client engagement. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer experience, analyzing feedback, and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. Building long-term relationships with customers and understanding their needs will be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and systems
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement customer satisfaction initiatives
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining client relationships in the FMCG or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment
