Role Description
As a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Manager based in Ahmedabad, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns, maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating communication between internal teams and customers, managing post-sale services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be actively involved in gathering customer feedback to improve services and presenting solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and customer service
- Proficiency in client management and building customer-facing strategies
- Organizational skills for handling customer records and timely follow-ups
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and RERA compliance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in local languages and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
