Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our on-site team in Delhi, India, for a full-time role. The role involves managing relationships with our growing user base to deliver exceptional customer service and build trust. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues, gathering feedback to improve service offerings, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience. You will act as a key advocate for our customers and help drive user satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in relationship management and a customer-centric mindset
- Skills in conflict resolution, feedback management, and decision-making
- Basic technical proficiency to understand and communicate our trading tools and features
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to process improvement
- Prior experience in the financial services or trading industry is a plus
- Futures and Options Trading Knowledge would be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
