Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager based in Delhi, India. The Customer Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored guidance on the use of AlgoTest tools and features. The role involves building strong customer relationships, ensuring user satisfaction, and gathering customer feedback to help improve the platform. Additionally, the role includes assisting in onboarding new users, providing product training and support, and collaborating with internal teams to address user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in resolving customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, financial markets, or trading practices is highly beneficial.
- Experience in customer service, account management, or support roles is a plus.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
