Job Summary :
We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Care Representative to handle pet parent queries, coordinate appointments, and ensure a smooth service experience. The role focuses on Customer support, coordination, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Customer Relations Executive plays a critical role in delivering seamless and compassionate experience to pet parents by ensuring efficient coordination, prompt support, and high service standards.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Handle inbound calls, messages, and customer queries professionally
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries, provide updates, and conduct timely follow-ups
• Assist pet parents with appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Coordinate with home-visit doctors and internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and processes • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while maintaining high satisfaction standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
