Responsibilities
- Preparation of Quotations
- CRM system usage for creation – Lead to Cash process
- Follow-up for Purchase Order
- Preparation of Sale order
- Generation of Invoices
- Follow up for material supply
- Follow-up for payments
- Register customer complaints, and extend necessary support.
- Coordinates with the service advisors for any support with regard to Part Nos etc
- Follow-up for extended Warranty
- Conducting Quality Assurance Surveys
- Ensures that customers are satisfied with the services provided.
- Connect with customers on a regular basis and ensure customer satisfaction levels are always high.
- Coordinating for Warranty Claims
Qualifications
- Any graduate degree.
- Computer Skills – MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Very good oral and written Communication skills.
Experience: Min 2 years of experience in customer relationship management.
