Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive based in Ahmedabad. Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain Client Relations
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exemplary Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in client relations or customer service is a plus
- Flexibility, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
