Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Chandigarh. The role involves managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to meet customer needs. You will act as a point of contact between the company and its clients, fostering strong relationships while ensuring timely assistance and support to enhance overall customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations expertise to build and nurture positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to address inquiries and resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally.
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Chandigarh and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer issues and finding effective resolutions.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, especially within financial services, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
