Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure a seamless customer experience across sales and service operations. The role involves handling customer communication, coordinating appointments and follow-ups, maintaining customer records, and working closely with internal teams to provide excellent support and relationship management.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, tele calling, or related roles
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
