Role Description
- Make outbound calls to new leads, existing members, and prospective customers
- Conduct cold calling to generate interest in club services and memberships
- Follow up on inquiries, trial sessions, and walk-ins
- Collect customer feedback and record suggestions or complaints accurately
- Maintain and update call logs, lead status, and follow-up details
- Explain club services, offers, and membership plans clearly over calls
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for conversions and issue resolution
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
- Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, call sheets)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach
