Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Kolkata. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and continuously supporting the improvement of customer experiences through effective communication. Collaborating with internal teams, the Customer Relations Executive will help build and maintain long-term customer trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
- Proven expertise in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree
