We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Relations Executive to join our interior fabric store. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting customers, managing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting fabrics, curtains, and furnishing materials
- Handle in-store visits
- Provide basic product guidance and coordinate with the sales/design team
- Follow up with customers on quotations and orders
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates
- Support billing coordination and order tracking
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Interest or basic knowledge in fabrics, interiors, or furnishings
- Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest suitable options
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
