Role Description
Customer Experience Executive (Outbound Calling)
Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram (On-site)
CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who is comfortable with outbound calling and enjoys interacting with customers.
This role involves calling existing customers, informing them about ongoing offers, and assisting them in placing orders while ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers and inform them about offers
Assist customers in placing orders
Handle queries related to orders, returns, and exchanges
Build a positive and smooth customer experience
Requirements
Comfortable with outbound calling
Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
Confident and people-friendly personality
Ability to handle customers patiently
