Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include building lasting relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role entails proactive communication with clients to understand their needs, coordinate service delivery, and maintain excellent customer service. The Customer Relations Executive will interact with internal teams to ensure that service standards and client expectations are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interpersonal Skills and the ability to develop meaningful Client Relations
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions with clients and teams
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and effectively manage client interactions
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or a similar industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
