Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kannur for a Customer Relations Executive. The individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues, maintaining a database of interactions, and actively contributing to improving customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Proficiency in client relations and a proven ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment
- Previous experience in customer relations or a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
