Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Associate role based at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals in Thane. The Customer Relations Associate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients and families, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through hospital services, processes, and facilities. The role includes managing appointment bookings, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring smooth front-desk and customer service operations. The associate will handle patient feedback, support resolution of concerns, and contribute to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and retention. The position requires consistent on-site presence, professional communication, and a strong focus on delivering empathetic, patient-centered service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
- Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction skills to build long-term relationships and enhance patient experience.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with attention to detail and a calm, empathetic approach.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or front-office roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospital information systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in hospitality, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per hospital requirements.
