We’re looking for someone who can talk to our customers every day and help them get the best results from Scalio.
You’ll work across our web and app platform, guiding business owners on how to create better prompts for AI-generated videos, ads, product shoots and social media content.
This is part customer success, part AI prompt coach, part problem-solver.
What you’ll do
- Talk to customers in Hindi and English to understand what they’re trying to create.
- Help them write better prompts for AI videos, ads, reels and product creatives.
- Solve customer issues quickly and clearly across chat, calls, web and app support.
- Understand customer feedback and share useful insights with the product and founding team.
- Become a product expert and help customers get better outputs from Scalio.
- Move fast, take ownership and make sure customers feel supported.
You’re a fit if you
- Communicate clearly in both Hindi and English.
- Enjoy talking to customers and understanding their business.
- Are genuinely curious about AI tools, prompts and content creation.
- Can explain things simply without making users feel confused.
- Move fast, follow up properly and don’t drop the ball.
