Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Customer/Partner Engagement Leader, you will enable ISA Clients and Business Partners to adopt IBM technologies and offerings by identifying business needs and driving development and services communities to deliver winning solutions. You will play a key role in mapping existing and upcoming technologies/offerings to client environments and/or partner products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Adoption Strategies: Develop and execute scenarios that validate IBM technologies address client/partner needs, driving business outcomes and delivering value to clients and partners.
- Drive Solution Delivery: Drive development and services communities to deliver winning solutions based on IBM technologies, ensuring alignment with client and partner needs.
- Identify Business Needs: Identify and understand client and partner business needs, mapping existing and upcoming technologies/offerings to client environments and/or partner products.
- Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and delivery of IBM technologies and offerings.
- Validate Technologies: Validate IBM technologies against client and partner needs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in addressing business challenges.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Technology Adoption Expertise: Deep expertise in developing and executing technology adoption strategies that drive business outcomes and deliver value to clients and partners.
- Solution Delivery Leadership: Experience in driving development and services communities to deliver winning solutions based on emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with client and partner needs.
- Business Needs Analysis: Deep understanding of how to identify and analyze client and partner business needs, mapping existing and upcoming technologies to client environments and/or partner products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and delivery of innovative technologies and offerings.
- Technology Validation: Deep expertise in validating emerging technologies against client and partner needs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in addressing business challenges.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Emerging Technology Expertise: Deep expertise in emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, IBM Sovereign core, watsonx Offerings is beneficial for developing and executing technology adoption strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail can be advantageous in understanding client and partner business needs and mapping technologies to their environments.
- Technical Solution Development: Deep understanding of technical solution development methodologies such as Agile or DevOps can be valuable in driving development and services communities to deliver winning solutions.
