Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Order Management professional based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end order management process, maintaining accurate and timely order entries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, and promptly resolving customer order-related inquiries. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and operational policies.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
