Customer Operations Executive:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer handling, operational coordination, and supporting business growth within the biotechnology and life sciences industry.
As a Customer Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting operational activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Support daily operational and customer coordination activities
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
• Maintain accurate customer data and records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Internal teams for smooth operations
• Assist in lead management and customer engagement activities
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives
• Prepare reports and maintain operational documentation when required
• Contribute to improving overall customer experience and process efficiency
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a Science-related field or MBA is mandatory
• 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Operations, or related roles
• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
