Kappal is a digital logistics platform helping freight forwarders, CHAs, exporters, and logistics businesses simplify and streamline their shipping operations through technology.
As we continue to scale, we are expanding our commercial team and hiring high-performing sales professionals for our Mumbai office to drive customer acquisition, platform adoption, and digital onboarding across the logistics ecosystem.
📍 Location Requirement: Mumbai Only (Immediate joiners preferred)
This role is strictly for candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate immediately. Applications from other locations will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct consultative product demonstrations for logistics businesses and freight stakeholders
* Drive lead-to-customer conversions through value-based selling
* Own the digital onboarding journey from activation to adoption
* Guide customers on leveraging Kappal’s rate discovery, shipment visibility, and operational tools
* Build strong customer relationships and improve retention
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a performance-driven environment
* Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene
* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and customer success teams
This is a revenue-focused sales role.

* Shipping & Logistics
* CHA / Customs Operations
* Supply Chain & Trade Operations
* SaaS or Technology Sales
