What you’ll do:
• Support SMB customers through onboarding & KYC processes
• Drive customer engagement, upsell & cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Operations teams
• Work with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopee & eBay
• Analyze customer behavior to improve onboarding strategies
What we’re looking for:
• 1–4 years of B2B/SMB experience
• Strong communication & sales skills
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Self-motivated team player with a growth mindset
