This is an exciting role inside Honeywell Aerospace Customer Marketing team. Reporting to the Sr Director Aerospace APAC & EMEAI Customer Marketing, you will lead strategic Customer Marketing initiatives by planning and executing demand generation campaigns as well as customer engagement activities, alongside advancing digital, social, and marketing automation techniques.
The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns and events that drive and accelerate customer engagement, loyalty, brand awareness, and demand. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, focusing on India and other High Growth Regions part of APAC or EMEAI.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the local and regional business and sales teams, the Aerospace Strategic Business Groups (SBGs), and Customer Marketing to identify countries, products, segments, and accounts which will offer a meaningful return on investment if targeted through campaigns or via events
- Design Marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities in creative and efficient ways and generate leads and advance opportunities for the sales teams to follow up on, choosing appropriate channels and techniques
- Be an ambassador -- and key protector -- of our new brand in all work, including acting as a reviewer/approver of content.
- Work closely with Marketo and SFDC experts in the organization for technical execution and tracking and measuring, as well as with other digital marketing, brand, creative, event, social and campaign marketers
- Be an adopter of new technology and innovator to advance our overall marketing approach and capability across the global team
- Develop clear project plans, and effectively manage the budget, for each campaign. Some travel required. Approximately 20%
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related field; proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing campaigns and programs
- Understanding of Aerospace, Defense and Space industries and main players and products, as well as how business and sales teams operate and prioritize
- Comfort in operating across international borders, diplomatic capability to successfully interface with international cultures and senior executives
- Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and project management skills
- Affinity to IT tools and technology, such as AI and Marketing Automation tools and techniques
- The ability to meet deadlines, work under demanding conditions in high stress periods and problem solving in times of crisis with a sense of urgency and passion…while having fun!
