Role Description The Customer Marketing and Retention Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for designing and executing customer marketing campaigns that drive repeat purchases, increase lifetime value, and strengthen brand loyalty across online and offline channels. Day-to-day work includes developing segmented customer journeys, managing lifecycle communication (email, SMS, WhatsApp, social), and optimizing loyalty, referral, and reactivation programs. The manager will analyze customer data and insights to identify retention opportunities, run A/B tests, and refine offers, messaging, and experiences for key customer cohorts. The role also collaborates closely with sales, e-commerce, creative, and product teams to align customer initiatives with launches, promotions, and corporate gifting programs, while tracking performance against clear retention, engagement, and revenue KPIs.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused marketing skills, including Customer Marketing and Customer Insight, with experience turning data into targeted lifecycle campaigns.
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Strategy to design and execute integrated retention and growth plans.
- Exposure to Sales collaboration, working with sales teams to align customer initiatives, promotions, and corporate gifting opportunities.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., email platforms, segmentation tools, dashboards) to monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Proven experience in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM in consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and A/B testing skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive customer-facing messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital or CRM marketing are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00-₹800,000.00 per year
