Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dwarka for a Customer Lead Coordinator. The role involves managing customer engagement, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, providing support, analyzing customer needs, and developing solutions to improve service. The Customer Lead Coordinator will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for addressing inquiries and resolving client issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus
