Title: Drive Train Engineer- Customer Integration

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Drive Train Engineer – Customer Integration to own the vital link between our product and the customer’s vehicle. You will be responsible for end-to-end integration of powertrain motor controllers in customer vehicles - capturing requirements, coordinating testing, and ensuring successful homologation. This role requires frequent travel to customer locations.
Skill Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Power Electronics
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to vehicle integration and motor control
- Knowledge of Homologation requirements and standards
- Proficient in documenting integration procedures, test results, and troubleshooting steps
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites for integration projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal engineering teams to understand project requirements and objectives related to motor controller integration.
- Develop product knowledge to answer inquiries confidently and guide customers effectively to solve their concerns
- Co-ordinate with the customer and design team to get the mutually agreed/specified modifications done
- Get part approval from the customer engineering team / relevant authority
- Guide and assist customers to avail certifications from government agencies.
Travel Requirements:
This role involves frequent travel to customer sites as part of integration and testing responsibilities.
