📅 Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off
💼 Experience: 0–4 Years
🎓 Qualification: PUC / Graduate
💰 Salary: ₹2.85 LPA – ₹3.4 LPA + Incentives / Bonuses

Job Responsibilities
Customer Happiness (Inbound Voice Process)
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer concerns related to insurance products/services
• Provide accurate information and customer support
• Maintain positive customer experience and satisfaction
• Use CRM/tools effectively while handling calls
• Follow company policies and quality standards
Telesales Executive
• Handle outbound sales calls for insurance products
• Convert leads into successful sales closures
• Coordinate with agents and customers
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Promote Motor, Health & Travel Insurance products
• Maintain follow-ups and sales records
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Hindi communication mandatory
• English communication required
• Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam preferred for Customer Happiness role
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel)
• Customer handling and multitasking ability
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
