🐾 We're growing the 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗳𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 team!

We're a pet nutrition brand built on a simple belief: pets deserve clean, honest food — and pet parents deserve a brand that cares as much as they do.

Now we're looking for a 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 to join us at our Okhla, New Delhi office.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:

→ Be the go-to person pet parents trust for nutrition guidance

→ Connect with customers daily via calls, WhatsApp, and email

→ Follow up, check in, and ensure every pet parent feels heard and supported

→ Help turn first-time buyers into lifelong Goofy Tails fans

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂:

→ Love animals — bonus if you're a pet parent or have rescued/fostered

→ Are comfortable around pets (our office has furry visitors!)

→ Have strong written and spoken English

→ Enjoy talking to people on calls and over chat

→ Have experience at a pet company? That's the golden biscuit 🏆

📋 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄:

→ On-site role at our Okhla, New Delhi office (no remote/hybrid)

→ Work schedule includes Saturdays

→ CTC: ₹3.0 – 4.0 LPA — please check this works for you before applying

→ Comfort around animals is essential
