Role Description
As a Customer Growth Intern, you will be the first point of contact for businesses exploring our digital solutions. Your goal is to expand our footprint by:
- Conducting strategic outreach to businesses across targeted industries.
- Introducing Avartana Labs’ SaaS solutions in a clear, engaging manner.
- Identifying growth opportunities and qualifying potential partners.
- Managing CRM records and coordinating with the business development team.
- Consistently nurturing relationships with warm leads to drive adoption.
- Gathering market insights to support overall growth and engagement strategies.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
- Interest in SaaS/tech products (full training provided).
- Strong persuasion skills and a positive, resilient attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and build trust quickly.
- A self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
- Performance Incentives: 2% – 5% commission on every successfully converted client.
