Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Champion to deliver a warm and professional welcome call
to customers after they sign up for our services.
You’ll be the first point of contact post-signup, creating a strong first impression, briefly confirming
key details, and ensuring every customer feels valued and well looked after.
This role is about excellent communication, a great phone presence, and delivering a smooth,
positive customer experience — not scripted or transactional calling.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Make welcome calls to new customers after signup
• Create a friendly, professional, and engaging first impression
• Confirm key customer and signup details accurately and efficiently
• Handle questions with clarity and confidence
• Ensure every interaction is smooth, positive, and customer-focused
• Maintain clear and accurate CRM notes
