About Role:
This will be a highly independent role where you will be responsible for problem-solving, solutioning and onboarding prospective global customers successfully. The role will be one of the critical additions to our GTM team and will provide an extensive opportunity to be creative and to influence the solutioning and customer onboarding process design. If you enjoy solving problems, handling customers, and working in a fast-paced product environment, this role could be a great fit for you.

- 0 to 1 year of experience in Product Support, Implementation, or similar customer-facing roles. (Only passed out Freshers are eligible)
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills are a must - you should be comfortable speaking with customers confidently.
- Highly analytical with strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.
- This is not a coding/developer role - we are looking for someone who enjoys customer interaction, solutioning, and support.
- Ability to understand business processes and explain solutions clearly to customers.
- Willingness to work in night shifts from our Chennai office.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate product capabilities with prospect through in depth demos.
- Engage with prospects to map out current processes.
- Solution the Everstage product to meet the unique requirements of the Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
- Determine input data required from various departments on the prospects end.
- Draw out implementation plans, timelines and provide regular updates to customers during
- implementation.
- Configure customer instances and implement Compensation Plans for the required roles.
- Provide onboarding assistance and training to customer admins and payees.
Requirements
- A Self-starter with a strong bias for action and driving outcomes, who is comfortable with ambiguity with little structure and guidance.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills. (Mandatory).
- Strong in basic analytics & mathematics. (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of spreadsheets/Excel models - SQL (Good to have).
