We are looking for a proactive specialist to be the voice and bridge of our sales and marketing efforts.
The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our premium clientele. This is a multifaceted role combining inbound and outbound lead management, agency coordination, and event logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Conversion: Actively manage inbound calls to articulate our value proposition, qualify leads, and perform "warm handoffs" or schedule demos for the senior sales team.
Outbound Initiatives: Support marketing campaigns through proactive follow-ups and lead nurturing initiatives.
Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between external PR, marketing, and event agencies to ensure deadlines and project goals are met.
Event Logistics: Take charge of the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in the CRM and provide management with insights on customer feedback and market trends.
Team Support: Assist in drafting marketing collateral.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1- 4 years in a customer-facing role (sales support, telemarketing, or communications), preferably within the luxury goods or architectural space.
Language: Native-level fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.
Technical: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/ Zoho) and common communication tools.
Soft Skills: Persuasive demeanour, exceptional active listening, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience range : 1-4 years
Compensation range : 2.5 to 4 LPA + yearly performance incentive and company bonus.
