Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist located in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to ensure high-quality support and satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely fashion, and contributing to improving customer experience strategies. The role requires identifying customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions while maintaining professional communication. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with other teams to implement customer feedback and enhance service processes.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse customers and teams
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise to address customer concerns and deliver solutions
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Experience in customer service, client relationship management, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build meaningful relationships with customers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the service industry is a plus
