About the Role:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to join our team at Innovist. This role involves handling customer queries and issues over voice calls in a prompt, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner. If you're someone who is patient, a good communicator, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.
- Provide accurate and relevant information based on customer needs.
- Record and update customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
- Follow defined workflows and service protocols to resolve issues efficiently.
- Work towards achieving set performance targets including call quality, response time, and resolution rate.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a voice-based customer support role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed during challenging conversations.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools.
- Availability to work 6 days a week in a fixed shift(Day Shift).
