Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience & Brand Voice Specialist based in Gurugram. The specialist will serve as the primary frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional, polished customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase journey. Additional responsibilities include supervising essential order lifecycles through our digital brand ecosystem, documenting customer feedback, working collaboratively with teams to resolve fulfillment challenges, and ensuring a flawless brand experience.
Qualifications
- Flawless, fluent written and verbal English communication skills (Non-negotiable)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a naturally warm, professional, and patient demeanor
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client escalations and resolve issues gracefully
- Tech-savviness with a sharp capability to navigate digital brand portals, order tracking dashboards, and professional communication suites
- Proficiency in basic office software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Excel
- Strong time-management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep commitment to high-quality service
- Prior experience in premium customer service, luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English Literature, Luxury Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
