Customer Experience Representative
Bangalore (Work From Office) | Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience / last drawn salary)
Gharaana is a fast-growing premium furniture brand helping customers design beautiful homes with high-quality sofas, beds, dining sets, and full-home furniture solutions.
We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative who will manage customer support and ensure smooth operations on Amazon Seller Central, while maintaining strong account health and delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer queries and support requests across Amazon and other support channels
• Handle Amazon Seller Central operations, including order issues, returns, refunds, and escalations
• Monitor and maintain Amazon account health metrics and resolve warnings or policy issues
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and product) to resolve customer concerns
• Respond to customer messages, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain brand reputation
• Track common customer issues and share insights to improve processes
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or customer experience roles
• Prior experience managing Amazon Seller Central support is mandatory
• Good understanding of Amazon account health, policies, and seller metrics
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable working with support tools, emails, and marketplace dashboards
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good problem-solving ability
