Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Officer based in Rajkot. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and improving customer service interactions. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining strong interpersonal communication, and ensuring exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints. The Customer Experience Officer will also assist in identifying areas for improving client support systems and aligning company services with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening and effective communication
- Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
- Proficiency in relevant customer management software is a plus
- Experience in the agriculture or manufacturing industry is desirable
