The Role: We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to serve as the voice of our brand. You will take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey from the very first inquiry to the final delivery, ensuring every interaction meets our 5-star standards. This is a remote opportunity
What We’re Looking For
- Ownership mindset to take responsibility in delivering an end-to-end customer experience.
- Strong communication (English, Hindi, and Telugu are required).
- Ability to handle pressure and operational uncertainty.
- Organized and quick problem solver.
- Experience in customer handling/food/gifting/operations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End CX: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer queries via inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and online platforms.
- Order Coordination: Seamlessly bridge the gap between the customer, our kitchen/shop staff, and delivery partners to ensure flawless execution and on-time deliveries.
- Platform Management: Handle customer interactions and feedback across platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, and Google Business to maintain our exceptional ratings.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve any delivery hiccups, order modifications, or customer concerns with empathy and speed.
- Process Improvement: Identify common customer pain points and suggest operational improvements to elevate the overall buying experience.
