About the Company
Zillion Brands Private Limited is a growing retail company operating 11 footwear stores and a central warehouse, focused on delivering quality footwear and strong in-store customer experiences. As the company continues to expand, we are looking for Customer Experience Manager.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end customer journey across digital channels and ensure a seamless brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support & Communication: Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website chat; assist with orders, payment verification, delivery tracking, and returns; ensure timely and professional responses
* Product Listing & Website Management: Manage product listings, pricing, and descriptions; coordinate product shoots; work with developers to resolve website issues and improve performance
* IT & Automation Coordination: Coordinate with IT partners for automation tools (e.g., ManyChat); manage systems used for online operations; resolve platform and integration issues
* Billing & System Coordination: Handle billing-related topics such as discounts, commissions, and payments; coordinate with software providers for updates and issue resolution
* General Operations: Support overall online business operations and assist where needed
Who We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms
* Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to coordinate across teams
* Experience in e-commerce or customer experience is a plus
Compensation
Remuneration will be discussed mutually based on the candidate’s experience and capabilities.
For the right person, compensation will not be a constraint.
