Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sikar for a Customer Experience Manager. The Customer Experience Manager will oversee initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve customer queries, and develop strategies to improve service quality. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer feedback, addressing service issues, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with teams to drive an exceptional customer experience. The role requires proactive communication to ensure seamless customer service delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication Skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and implement improvement strategies
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer-related processes efficiently
  • Prior experience in financial services or education finance is an advantage
  • Proficiency in customer management tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
