Role Overview
As a Customer Experience / Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, assisting with queries, feedback, and order-related communication. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and interested in building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client or customer queries via email, WhatsApp, or calls
- Track and update order or project status
- Gather and document client feedback
- Coordinate with sales, production, and design teams for client needs
- Support reporting on client interactions and service metrics
- Help improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
Who Should Apply

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)
