Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Experience Executive role based in India. The Customer Experience Executive will interact with customers in-store, address inquiries, and provide timely, accurate information about products, services, and promotions. The role involves resolving customer issues, handling escalations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the purchase and post-purchase journey. The person in this position will collect and relay customer feedback, support store operations related to service quality, and coordinate with internal teams to improve processes. They will also assist in implementing customer experience initiatives, maintain service standards, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with proven Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
- Ability to drive and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction while managing diverse customer needs.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Good Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Comfort using basic digital tools and point-of-sale or CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
